CCHA is forming a Colorado not for profit Corporation to be the owner and operator of the real estate and retreat center.
The retreat center is under contract, with a scheduled closing April 1, 2025.
Seventy percent (70%) of the $1.5MM capital in donations needs to be received by March 15, 2025.

CCHA has contracted with Self Actualized Path to Personal Healing Integration Recovery and Enlightenment, Inc. (Sapphire), a California 501(c)3 to be our fiscal sponsor for donations until we are authorized.
